Hello,
I'm a long time user of Idromed (approx 8 years). The product used to work very well, 100% dryness, but then about 5 years ago when I moved to a different city, results have since not been achieved. After reading online, I realized the tap water in the city is very soft so I've tried different bottled waters: Evian, Badoit, Volvic. After 5 years of trying each for significant lengths of time, I probably only get 25% improvement from Badoit.
I've also bought replacement parts (in case they needed replacing).
Is there something I'm doing wrong? (again I've been doing this for a very long time). Is there anything else you could suggest? The only other thing I've noticed is, in the past when my hands were in the water it felt "strong" and would be very painful to lift a finger from the water - I don't feel this effect anymore. Thank you |

hm....yeah, usually it is the water...do you have the chance to get water from the place you used to live? Then we could know for sure if this is the problem...
if not, can you send me a picture of the electrodes? but honestly, I don't think this could be it, since you just ordered new ones....
and if you increase the voltage? still no feeling? _________________ You are welcome...

Unfortunately, I can’t get water from that location since it is across the country
I’ve been using it on max voltage 25 since I started |

Hm...it doesn't seem to me that you're doing something wrong.
Maybe you can test some other waters? It can be a cheap one.
You have always the possibility to send it in to have it chequed, then you'll get a cost estimate and can decide wether you want to have it repaired or not. Either way, you'll have to cover all shipping costs.
Did you have a change in your diet, medication....? Anything would be helpful... _________________ You are welcome...

Hi I also got new plates. Within two treatments I have little white spots that appear. Is this normal? Is there a way to clean?[/img] |

Hello!
Do you have aluminium or stainless steel electrodes?
If you have stainless steel, just use a regular stainless steel cleansing lotion and a soft cotton towel.
If you have aluminum, then once every 1-2 weeks you can leave the electrodes overnight in the trays with a mixture of water and regular vinegar. The next day just rinse them of with water, let them air-dry or dry with soft cotton towel . _________________ You are welcome...
